Our Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Neoworks website and are set out below. Please read thought our Privacy Policy section regarding personal information provided by you.

1. By accessing this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not use this site
2. Neoworks has taken great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible. By submitting an order to us though our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided are valid, correct and when the order is placed the payment will be made in full.
3. All prices shown on the website are in UK sterling. The price is inclusive of VAT which shall be due at the current rate in force on the date of the sale.
4. We will notify you via email to confirm receipt of your order and payment. We take payment from your card at the time the order is processed. Unless otherwise advised, refunds will be credited to the account payment was taken from. However should you require a cheque refund, please contact the help line who will arrange for such.
5. We try to ensure that all prices stated are up to date, correct and accurately described on the website. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description or price. If we discover an error in the price or description we will contact you to give you the option of reconfirming the order with the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we unable to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled. Changes and/or improvements to the prices, services and website can be revised at any time without notice.
6. Payment can be made by any method specified in the payment section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep your order and payment details secure, but unless we are found to be negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information you provided.
7. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England; any dispute between us will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the court of England and Wales.

No permission is given by Neoworks for use or affiliation of the trademark by any persons or company, such use would constitute an infringement of the holder rights and may result in legal proceedings, unless otherwise stated by Neoworks. Any further copying, reproduction, or redistribution of the software is expressly prohibited.

In no event shall Neoworks or any of its employees or contractors be liable for any damages whatsoever in connection with the information or material on this website, including but not limited to actual, consequential, direct, exemplary, incidental, indirect, punitive or special damages.
