Browser based user interface for users and administrators
The entire user interface for AuCMS is accessed using only a web browser. Removing the need for desktop client software reduces the overall cost of maintenance and enables mobile employees to contribute content from remote locations.
Powerful revision management
Revision management functionality allows changes to be made to published documents, making these changes public only once they have been approved and enabling rollback to previous versions.
Flexible workflow
Workflow determines the process of creating, editing, reviewing and publishing documents. This aspect of AuCMS may be tailored to meet specific requirements, i.e. for departmental approval and sign off or legal compliance.
Role based access control model
Individual users or groups of users may be granted or denied permission to access or edit information within the system. Permissions may be controlled down to a granularity of individual document components and modified in real time.
Scalability
For large systems Neoworks Content Management Applications may be deployed across multiple servers to give added capacity and fault tolerance.
