I keep the servers running. I like my coffee very strong.

In my role as IT Director I have a variety of responsibilities; installing, maintaining, and running the servers both at neoworks and supporting our customers to ensure resilient and reliable systems.

Many of neoworks customers are unlikely to encounter me, however as the 'backend of the backend' I am in frequent communication with your technical staff. I enjoy architecting high availability solutions, capacity planning and managing system roll-outs. Sound engineering practices and meticulously planning go a long way to prevent problems occurring during delivery or deployment, however if the unforeseen occurs I am on hand to solve any problems.

Technical liaison with our customers, their technical staff, and often their suppliers, ensures smooth delivery and connectivity in everything neoworks creates.

As a co-founding director I'm incredibly proud of what we have built as a company and in what we deliver - everything is in the detail - every last bit of it!
