We usually provide requirements analysis consultancy to our customers in the first instance. Through our knowledge, experience and insight we can ask the right questions and then help to find or develop answers and requirements for a software solution. Whilst all e-commerce business shares similarities, no one is the same. The key to success comes from nailing the key business requirements at the outset so that we can select the right technologies to match.

We view each project or programme in its entirety, taking business goals and success measurements, translating them into requirements and then specifications for the delivery of the project. We manage projects with agreed timelines, phases and key delivery milestones. Responsibilities and success criteria are agreed up front, ensuring a smooth running project and a clear, common understanding of the goals.

One thing we pride ourselves on is talking our customers language, we don't talk in jargon and we manage expectations every step of the way. So we conduct and document projects in language our customers are familiar with.

Having spent many years in the e-commerce and web application space we know the right people to talk to and work with. We have close relationships with a variety of partners, which enables us through our network to offer a full service for our customers. Equally we are often called upon by our partners to collaborate on projects. This gives us exposure to a wide range of projects and technical challenges.
